Wrong DNS

Hi, I wanted to ask you why my domain was pointed to 68.65.123.44 even though I inserted 84.46.245.191 in the json file, can you help me solve the problem?
The domain is ciaobot.is-a.dev

nvm, you setted your A record wrong (somehow), its pinging to is-a.dev resulting in your A record most likely wrong

me and ciao use the same host, i have the same ip in my domains and it works fine

they cant add more DNS records since namecheap limited it recently

I refreshed this and now the DNS record is correct, maybe it was a temporary problem?
