Hey!
You've actually agreed to make your email public when you registered a domain, if you used the is-a.dev site, that means it's your GitHub email, if you manually registered, it's actually your entered email on data.is-a.dev, it is simply displaying all the records. If you'd like, you can remove your email from there, but once again, if you used manage.is-a.dev you'd lose access to the dashboard because of the email change, so you'd have to manually modify the JSON file.

I am aware that I would lose my dashboard access but would still like to remove my email

Just edit the file on GH, and then make a pull request.
It will be visible until your PR is merged.

You do need to add an alternative contact method
Maybe a public email of yours, or your Discord account ID
