I had just crafted and put on my BEST gear and of course i'm going to lose it to another bug where the eye monster teleported me to another room and then i got teleported back just to end up stuck in the wall like this. Super annoyed to lose my best shit to a bug again. The other bug was falling in the hole in the waterfall cave at goblin camp after beating the Ogre.

yeah i lost my only 2 purples when i fell in the hole also
