They have explicitly stated that making other gender options is not happening anytime soon. It is extremely difficult and costly to build the other genders due to technical reasons.
They are not going to waste the time, money or resources on genders when they have so much other stuff to work on. Maybe in 2 or 3 years.

They do have the hunter and priest female characters currently. Also they will be adding a female witch character at some point.

as long as you can only slide to make em bigger, otherwise it's a gameplay advantage for ranged to have pancake models, can't have that.
