US East should include people in CST. I love in Wisconsin and play on that server with no trouble. US West my ping is a bit too high for my likings.

What ping do you get in US East? Mine is 27-40 usually, but with spikes here or there.

They use AWS servers and AWS does not support Central, only West and East so unless AWS adds Central server support we probably wont get a central server and that would also further divide the player base which is not very big atm

Central would work for west and east soooooooo it also could unite the player base. Although i dont know shit about what AWS is lol ill take your word that it cant be done in any case

maybe ISP? i live in NY My ISP isnt the best but i get around 30-65 ($50 a month for 550 Mbps upload & download)
my point was even being on the east coast i dont have the best ping cuz i dont have the best internet.

Have you tested it though? Just because that's what they sell you doesn't mean that's what you're getting. If the fibers to your house or even the connections at your house may not allow gig transfers. I forget the website but something along the lines of nettest.com. had that problem at my old house. Paid for gig only got like 3-400 mb in reality. Until a tree company ripped down all the lines and made them has to replace all the lines and connections

I mean a vpn would probably help. Must be some weird things going on cause no way I get roughly the same ping to Europe as he does to west when we live in the same state
