no but im talking about the other name with the steam symbol

Apologies; I think I was confused in the order, but your FIRST name when you first sign up (House Name) cannot be changed unless something changes throughout the season. It can only be done at the beginning of a season, you can however change your character name whenever your want 🙂 The reason I got confused is that in creation your house name is first and in-game your house name is second.
