Sharp is already installed though. Like I said it build and runs perfect fine locally

Same issue just surfaced for me on GitHub Actions and Render. There was no change to any configuration whatsoever.

You could try and pin sharp to e.g. 0.32.5 (< 0.33.0). That worked for me.
