SVGs don't work in the @astrojs/image <Image /> component on builds, but do in development previews

Hi,

I have an SVG in my site header with the <Image /> component that works just fine in development previews, but then the image breaks in builds, both locally and on GitHub Pages.

You can only use local svgs, remote svgs (in /public) do not work

Just in case anyone is here in the future, it seems like it is possible to use SVGs from /public but you need to specify the image format is an SVG. It works in both builds and development after this. 🙂
