Yeah, it's just stupid this feature isn't in the game itself so those with digital copies can't have more than 1 save, I could also just wait for the Switch 2 upgraded edition and do another playthrough there

Okay, I have watched 54mins of this "I hate totk" video that I just recently linked, and the video critizes the caves in the game for being mostly empty of content. I don't see this as an issue myself as that's how exploration is in real life most of the time, you don't find anything of value most of the time, you do it for the fun of going there and that's it, I didn't really expect to find something cool in most caves I just went there because it's there and that's it, I wasn't really disappointed when there wasn't anything cool in there I was just kinda oh well whatever

If every place in a game had a reason or a reward for you to explore it it would feel more like a list of chores than a fun journey

If every cave promised you a good reward then you would feel like you have to do it because of the reward, which makes it a chore rather than a fun bit to explore

Just because fishing in Minecraft has a chance to give you a book enchanted with mending doesn't make fishing any better or any more fun, if anything it would make it even worse if there was no other ways of receiving that reward, the same applies to almost any reward that you get from a boring activity

However if the reward isn't there then the player doesn't feel obligated to do it and can just choose to skip it or do it for the sake of doing it

"Side quests suck because there are no unique or good rewards for most of them", dude they are side quests, optional stuff, you do it to help the guys like the hero Link is supposed to be and not expect for a reward being able to help others out of their issues is the reward

Like all of the side quests would just become a boring list of chores if they had good rewards

the acting in bbc dramas is generally pretty good and she had a main role in one recently and is in one in production according to wikipedia

When i thibk about oddities in totk the only thing i can rememebr is link becoming shirtless in the final scenes. Why did they do that. Surely there were better ways to like preserve the Vibes and not have weird armor pieces being distracting. Without doing that.

How’s the pair up mechanic been? Do you need specific combos or can anyone do them?

anyone can do them, there's unique ones between certain pairs of characters but if 2 characters don't have one then they each have a generic move that they do one after each other
