Feathers Back Online This Time Works On every version from pre to alpha

It's the same reason people play around with 1.8.9 and not 1.8.8, or 1.12.2 instead of 1.12.1, and that sort of stuff.
It's usually better that way when it's just some minor patches instead of some strange extra features or something.
