Hi there, could you please try deleting the Jre and Libaries folders and see if that helps.
If you don't know how to do that, please follow the instructions below:

• Head into %appdata%\.minecraft
• Delete the folders called "jre" and "libraries"
• Relaunch!

Below I'll write a list of things that you can do to increase your FPS.

• Use optimization mods (e.g. Sodium, lithium etc)
• Set your graphic settings to low/fast
• Disable the "visuals" module in Feather Settings (this can sometimes decrease FPS)
• Depending on how many mods you use and how much RAM you have, you can try increasing your allocated RAM
• Don't use shaders or any demanding texture packs and try using texture packs which can help increase FPS
• Disable VSYNC
