Yeah, I'm presuming you entered your email and some sort of password reset request code. Your only hope is to contact Microsoft support really, but again I'm not to sure what they'll be able to do for you.

For future reference, don't ever enter sensitive info into non official sites such as Discord, since no Discord server will ever need such info to "verify your account" or anything of that sort.
