I've tried logging in every day, I haven't been able to delete it, I've restarted and I'm still the same.

Been having a problem for some time where when I'm logged onto a server the ping increases to like over 2000 ms, generally around this time of day
I used to think it was from that server because it only happened there but we tried restarting it, it didn't do anything and when launching from vanilla minecraft it was fine, and recently it started doing it on another server.µ

Then I figured it must be one of my mods, and a friend suspected Distant Horizons as it's ressource heavy, but it hasn't been updated to 1.21.11 and the bug just happened in 1.21.11. It's not ViaFabric either since that one also hasn't been updated. I could be a bunch others, but the problem is that if I try to toggle all off I am 99% certain it's going to wipe my hotkey settings like it's been doing every time for months now (despite being told it shouldn't be doing that, it very much does) so right now I really don't feel like troubleshooting this way, but I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue
