Please try the following:

1. Restart your PC.

It didn't help. The menu still won't load. I restart MC several times, and when it finally loads, it won't connect to the servers. When I press Alt+Tab, the Internet barely works. I don't ping them. After a few tries, Git Feather and the Minecraft servers start up.

Yesterday I had this issue. It fixed itself after an hour of waiting but today when i tried to launch feather I had the same problem. It just doesn't want to launch and I have no clue why it won't launch. I've restart my laptop but that didn't help. Anyone knows why this keeps happening?

It worked but I didn't delete my mods folder neither did I restart my laptop. I tried restarting my laptop before you said this but that didn't seem to work. Atleast it's working now, thank you for the help tho.
