Yea, try navigating to the Settings Tab in the feather launcher, it should be a little gear, then find Repair Game, from there select the version you're attempting to launch, then click repair. Wait like 10 seconds then attempt to relaunch the game again.

From my understanding you can use a "custom jar"

So, download the neoforge jar from their website, then add it to the server's folder.

Rename that jar to server.jar, and then try to boot it up.
