Hello! Please try making a new mod profile by doing the following:

• Press right shift when in game.
• Click on the feather settings button.
• Look for and click on a person icon in a circle, at the top of the Feather Settings GUI!
• Create a new mod Profile!

You can always change back to your original mod profile if this does not work! This will help narrow down the issue

In order to get the VIP role, i believe it is given to ex- staff members. However they do not have an exclusive Feather logo color in game.

For in game Feather Client logo colors, you have to be a mod or higher.

For discord roles, there is translator - #📨┃applications - and Champion, however you must have a level of 30 or higher in the discord
