Basically "access denied" issue says the logs, whole thing about 'old mods' and Optifine/Sodium (deleting the %appsdata%/.minecraft/mods folder doesn't solve and only started happening because sodium conflicts with the server resource pack, so I swapped to Optifine (making sure all versions are matching to a T) using version 1.20.1 so the server resource pack shows the custom armors etc // it's only when I restart the computer, then delete the entire .minecraft mod folder, and boot it with zero mods (CIT Resewn is the only one that seemed to work) that it boots, but then I get glint on 100% and all my special text charecters/icons turned into squiggles/squares (where as I don't on microsoft client) - makes more sense in the transcript

hi all, i am trying to set up a custom server for me and my friends with mods, sadly the modrinth pluggin doesnt have all the dependenceies for some of the mods so I had to install them to JAR files. they load fine into the mod section for my client side but they do not add into the sever. bellow is a ss what i see when i drag the mods in.
