I mean it'll install Java for you which isn't a thing you should be deleting but you can delete the installer if you'd like

Another way you could do this is just search up "Java" on your browser > Click the first link (should be Java oracle) > Click "Download java for desktop" > Open the file and run it > Follow the process to install java (not sure if this will work as this isn't the JRE21 version which is specified on the log)

Press Windows + r on your PC (or search up "run" in the windows search bar) > Search %appdata% in the run box and enter > Double-click .minecraft > Scroll down to the mods folder and delete it

After you done that, try launch the game again (this method should fix this issue)
