I've been trying to use feather, but for some reason when I tried opening it, it tried updating and gave me this error. After manually closing feather with task manager, it just closed the launcher setup and repeats that. I've pivoted to uninstalling the program and reinstalling (I did not wipe my files) but I found it still has this issue. Anyone got any potential fixes?

which usually means that you don't have enough ram allocated.
So allocate more ram.
Also consider adding "FerriteCore" mod since this optimizes Memory.
If it still won't work then it's actually an Iris bug.

I'm experiencing an issue in Feather Client where the item in my hand rapidly appears and disappears (as if it's being picked up and dropped repeatedly).
This doesn't happen in singleplayer — only when I join a multiplayer server.

At first, I thought it might be caused by a mod, so I completely reset everything and reinstalled only Feather Client, but the issue still persists.
However, when I run the game using the default Minecraft client, the problem does not occur.

I'd really like to continue using Feather Client, so I’m wondering — has anyone else experienced this issue and found a fix?

2. Open your Feather Clients Server folder and copy the path.

3. Download the forge jar and run it.

4. Click the "Server" Install Option in the forge installer.

5. At the bottom right corner above the cancel button, theres
   3 dots. Click on the 3 dots.

6. Using the File Manager that just popped up, paste your path in the text field at the bottom of the window. Use Ctrl + V

7. Click Install.

8. After its done installing, open your Feather Clients server folder again.

9. Rename the "Forge-(Numbers).jar" to server.jar. Run your Feather Client Server and you should be good to go!

Hey, I have a problem, while playing on the feather client, I joined a server and suddenly I started hearing Ivona's voice reading the chat, I left the server and I can still hear it, it reads when I enter other servers, it reads what server I'm hovering over, it reads literally everything in Minecraft, does anyone know how to turn it off?

You need to add the mods in a folder called "mods" which will be crated once you start the server for the first time.

You'll also need to install the mods on your Client. But this won't work with Feather except on the versions 1.12.2 or 1.8.9, since these are the only version supporting Forge on Feather.
