(If I remember correctly) There should be a list of quests in the Medal Main menu.
You need to find the Feather quest and click on it.
There should be a text box where you'll need to put in your Minecraft IGN.
(I don't use Medal myself so this is all I know.)

alternatively, you can delete the feather folder in %appdata%\.minecraft if deleting cef_cache didn't work (will delete all feather settings)

You might need to configure the freecam mod via modmenu (like you need to enable it in the settings of the mod)
Also make sure using freecam doesn't violate any of the server's rules.

Hi, I'm trying to log into Feather with my official Microsoft Minecraft account. I receive the confirmation email from Microsoft and approve it, but then Feather shows me:
"Authentication failed: Microsoft login error. Error code: unknown error. Path: unknown".

I tried:

• Removing Feather from my Microsoft account at https://account.live.com/consent/Manage
• Clearing %appdata%.feather
• Reinstalling Feather
• Running as Administrator
• Switching network (used Wi-Fi and hotspot)

Still getting the same error. Any help?

If it still doesn't work try to delete accounts.txt (or just accounts) in your .feather folder

This issue is related to the service feather uses to render player skins in the launcher. The service feather is using to render skins in the launcher is having monetary issues at the moment and are trying to raise donations. You do not need to donate. This has nothing to do with your account. Feather will push a launcher update soon to migrate to a new skin rendering service, we have no ETA on that. But your account is working fine other than the player skins in the launcher which should be patched soon enough.

• Delete the cef_cache folder.

1. Open run (Windows + R or search for Run in windows settings)

4. Relaunch/Restart

1. Create a Feather Server using the "Custom" Template Option.

2. Open your Feather Clients Server folder and copy the path.

3. Download the forge jar and run it.

4. Click the "Server" Install Option in the forge installer.

5. At the bottom right corner above the cancel button, theres
   3 dots. Click on the 3 dots.

6. Using the File Manager that just popped up, paste your path in the text field at the bottom of the window. Use Ctrl + V

7. Click Install.

8. After its done installing, open your Feather Clients server folder again.

9. Rename the "Forge-(Numbers).jar" to server.jar. Run your Feather Client Server and you should be good to go!
