I don't think OptiFine is available for fabric in 1.21.4.
Sodium provides better performance and is compatible with Fabric

You chose to use a custom server, but you're missing the required server.jar file.
This file is essential because it is the actual server. Without it, the server can't start.
so get a server.jar file for Fabric, paper, etc. and put it in the server folder and you should be good.
You can also consider to choose a Fabric, Paper, etc. server in Feather client instead of using a custom server.

okay, here's the guide:
Feather Client Servers only support forge servers up to 1.16.5 due to the way forge handles installs on newer versions.

1. Create a Feather Server using the "Custom" Template Option.

2. Open your Feather Clients Server folder and copy the path.

3. Download the forge jar and run it.

4. Click the "Server" Install Option in the forge installer.

5. At the bottom right corner above the cancel button, theres
   3 dots. Click on the 3 dots.

6. Using the File Manager that just popped up, paste your path in the text field at the bottom of the window. Use Ctrl + V

7. Click Install.

8. After its done installing, open your Feather Clients server folder again.

9. Rename the "Forge-(Numbers).jar" to server.jar. Run your Feather Client Server and you should be good to go!

Feather proxy allows a specific type of data to go through one input/output port, think of this as a location for data transfer. Voice chat and geyser (and other similar plugins) need to send data that isn't that specific data type through another port to the one port you are given

This can happen if your Client or the server are heavily modded.
there should be mods which increase the packetize
