the fact that you got signed out is normal since a recent client update did that. and regarding your email I can't really help you. Make sure its spelled correctly and also check if your email is [e-mail] or @googlemail.com and don't mix them up (this caused problems for me in the past)

1. start and stop your server.
2. Hit the gear icon (visible in screenshot)
3. Press open Folder
4. A explorer window opens.
5. Open the mods folder.
6. go to https://modrinth.com/ (this is the place where you'll get the mods you want)
7. Download Fabric API (All mods need it)
8. Drag and drop the file in the mods folder
9. choose other mods and repeat.

Yeah sure I can help you in case anything goes wrong. Just make sure the mods are for Fabric and the right Minecraft Version.
Also make sure you download/add the mods on Feather Client (also tell your friends to do that)

Your game can't load because essentials mods is missing some jre, it also give some errors regarding ressource packs.

1. delete jre and libraries in your .minecraft folder
2. (if 1. step didn't work) empty your ressourcepacksfolder located in m.minecraft
