As of today I started to get very low FPS which wouldnt happen before, before today while using shaders I would get over 100 fps easily on feather client now it sits under 70 while using shaders. I had reported a problem with the mod Iris Shaders and later that day it got fixed. Today I hopped on the game and noticed the game looked completely weird and my fps while using the shaders I always use would be under 70 and without shaders would be basically the same amount of fps I had before the problem but with shaders on (If that makes sense). Now I will provide a Screenshot of my f3 and performance settings.

When you launch Feather Launcher on the home screen at the corner at bottom right there should be a box sainy "claim your daily feather coins"
or something like that that's where you claim the points from at least that's how I do it

You might have a mod that is not letting you join try turning off mods you installed and go to settings you can find this on right side in top bar of feather launcher then scroll down there should be a option saying repair game choose the version that is not working for you and click repair and then try starting minecraft again
