This could just be a performance issue on your end. Try:

• Installing performance mods such as Sodium
• Optimizing your quality settings and utilizing Feather's Performance setting
• Reducing render + simulation distance
• Limiting Feather's RAM usage to reduce PC lag
• Using less mods / modules at one given time

You could have VSync enabled. Make sure you have it disabled otherwise your FPS will be locked to your monitors refresh rate.

You shouldn't have 8GB of RAM allocated to Feather, that will just cause your PC to lag and result in worse performance (lower FPS). Reduce this down to 2GB and see if anything improves.

No, I use 20+ mods with 2GB of RAM allocated and it is more than enough for me. If you start using large mod packs, then you could consider raising the amount of RAM allocated to Feather.

For whatever reason, when I allocate more ram into feather client, it reset's it to default after I reopen it; I was wondering if this is an issue? Since it resets it, does that mean when I open the app im not using as much ram as I allocated? Or whats going on here
