Your error says you need to download 1.21.1 version of view model, if it's still crashing after downloading it, you should've sent a new log as there might be more stuff broken

A longer fix to this would be to restart the launcher, go to the mods section, toggle or untoggle what you wanted to do then restart the launcher and it should be as you want.
