In order to flush your dns settings, you can do that by doing the following:

• Open up your computers command prompt by pressing the windows+r key, and typing in the run box "cmd" and click "OK"

• Once you do that, type "ipconfig /flush dns" and restart your game

This will reset your dns settings back to default settings, and potentially fix network related issues.

try disabling the pack and critting something, see if its still there

Check mods, check resource packs if disabling all of them doesn’t work, my only other thought is reinstalling feather. If your game files are corrupted, i can’t help with that and if its a dpi-windows scaling issue i’m not very experienced

Try uninstalling and reinstalling feather, often solves these smaller issues. Imo feather is a better client than lunar, but if reinstalled feather doesn’t work, i’m not sure, theres way too many reasons for performance issues

If you're using Feather client then it could be that you have Sodium mod installed, is the same as Optifine, but better, it should automatically be downloaded, but I'm not 100% sure if I'm correct about it being downloaded
