• Uninstall Feather client via Control Panel .
• Go to C:\Program Files and make sure "Feather Launcher" is deleted.
• Go to appdata -> .minecraft and delete every single folder with "Feather" on it's name.
• Empty your "mods" folder either by deleting it or renaming it to any random name.
• Go to appdata and delete .feather
• Make sure that you don't have any Antivirus or VPNs enabled that might interfere with the Feather client.
• Download the latest version here: https://feathermc.com/

When I first downloaded feather on this laptop, everything was back to default.

All my game + feather settings were all back to default. For some reason I was under the assumption that those settings would be tied to my account rather than tied to the device/stored locally.

Now I've spent a decent bit of time getting all my settings back to how it was. I also spent a decent time getting my mouse settings and the mouse software downloaded.

Now whenever I try and play I just experience a lot of Input lag. On my old laptop when I was on win 7, only occasionally did I end up having input lag on an arbitrary launch.

But mostly just closing the game and relaunching always worked. But now every single launch and it still feels wonky and very much delayed
