That is meant to happen! Deleting it allows the game to regenerate a brand new file, fixing anything that has gotten corrupted in that folder. Did you follow the instructions the "Unable to load ui interface" screen gave?

It would be recommended to have a good internet connection, however since you're hosting the server, your connection to the server will be the best. However, make sure you have enough computer resources to allocate to the server, along with the client itself
