Hello! In order to change the servers survival mode to hardcore difficulty, please open the folder to the server you wish to switch to hardcore mode. Once you do that, locate the file named server.propeties and open it using notepad. - Look for a setting called "hardcore=false" change that to hardcore=true and then restart the server.
