Have you tried removing all mods and re adding them and checking for updates?

You have a ton of mods which probably makes it unstable

Also it crashes after your shader pack loaded so do yoh think it could be that?

Send latest.log from this directory if issue still persists. Make sure you're sending the file itself, NOT a picture of the file!

I have the following problem, when I enter any server the game displays in white (as if it was about to crash) and joins after a few seconds of waiting, which is not bad, but the same with death by player.
