then there's something in your modpack that causes it to crash, you can either make a ticket ( #archived-tickets ) and a staff member will tell you wish mod causes it, or you can disable the mods one by one yourself to see

You seem to be using a few mods that are conflicting which each other and or the version you are launching.

Try disabling the mods "Better Stats", "TCD Commons" and "Event Utils". Then try re-launching.

On the forge installer i need to install the client and the server and i tell me i don't launch the Launcher

also, you can not install forge 1.19.2 because forge installer creates batch and powershell files which can not be rin by feather client server, to run server using feather client you need .jar file ( java )
