Can you try repairing your game through the launcher? Also your resource packs aren't lost they are just in the old folder under whatever name you renamed it to

It was because my feather client was booted up in 1.21.1 when I clicked 1.21 and it mixed so it didn't give me the right mods

Can someone help me out. I play skyblock on hypixel so I have mods for that, and today my game started to crash a lot, so i looked at the forms to see what could be some solutions, and found out that it were the mods that uploaded causing feather client to crash. The only problem is I didn't upload any new mods, and have been using these same mods for 5 months and I have never had thsi issue.

HERE IS THE FIX TO THE CRASH ON 1.8.9. U HAVE TO DO IT MANUALLY UNTIL THE UPDATE GETS FIXED ( #✨┃client-updates is cause )

- couple hours ago i saw an update in #✨┃client-updates, then the crashes start happening, so it has to do with the update
- update deals with item counter to non-damageable items in Armor Status

TO FIX, navigate to `.minecraft/feather/configuration/profiles` and open the default.json in a text editor

- locate the `armorStatus` object and the settings within it, might be hard if you don't format the JSON

- within the armorStatus object, change "enabled":"true" to "enabled":"false"

to make locating the right enabled true, because there is an enabled for every object, we only want to change the one within armorStatus, simply search for "showDamageOverlay" in the file, and then change the value of "enabled" right after the showDamageOverlay value

then save file and relaunch

You can try downloading a different version of viewmodel or downloading a different mod that also changes your viewmodel.

But this one is crashing your game so you cannot use it.

U can check ur settings maybe they are default
