I don’t think the twitch cape is Java, only bedrock for now most likely, and sadly feather hasn’t added the cape settings feature, you can use #1144012839166685204 and go through the Minecraft website to change it

It's not deleted. From what I've seen, a lot of people (me included) have been getting signed out. If you have your microsoft password and mail connected to your minecraft account (which they're supposed to be), and you remember them, you're fine. It might not work for a while but try. For me, feather is kind of dead at the moment.
