i do have the correct versions of the mods and i put the mods inside of the mods folder for the server
.feather -> player-server -> servers -> (servername) -> mods
it looks like the log shows a version mismatch with immersive portals but the actual game loaded up and works fine and is also in fabric 1.20.1

Go to Servers in the Launcher. Then click Create Server. Then you'll put it to what specs you want. After that it'll have an option to start it. Then you load up feather and put in the IP and share to others!
