Is it a selected server or just any server? Double check that you don’t have any mods causing the crash. If it’s a selected server it’s probably a server issue and not you.

Alright. Try joining with vanilla Minecraft instead. If that works fine try removing all feather mods. If that still works slowly add each of your mods back one by one. It’s most likely an issue with one of your mods.

I would only go with these mods that I have. Some of the mods have other purposes.

Indium, Lithium, Iris Shaders, Sodium, and Dynamic FPS are the mods I use for preformance.
