Currently this isn't avaliable to get for all, the current servers have the banners were hand picked, when the public API releases, you should be able to add it yourself. But as of currently we are lead to believe noone else is getting the banners, and will most likely to apply your own with the public API

6. Send a picture of what you see, click on "Feather" If that's there.

I did these to fix login issue (it worked for me, I don't guarantee it will work for you too but worth to try) , go appdata > roaming >.feather and delete accounts.json and restart your router and do flushdns from cmd then log in again
