So the easiest way to do this is to create a world in Minecraft singleplayer that is in "creative" mode.
Then when you create a "server" in the Feather launcher you can select the world that you created and when you launch the server it should have that world available.

It's probably one of the colour settings you had inside the mod, you can change it around if you would like to keep the feather customization, if you click into the mod
