Try using sodium or other optifine alternatives.

Smooth fps to off.
Fast Render to on (disables shaders).
Fast math to on.
AntiAliasing to off.
Anisotropic Filtering to off.

Sodium:
Max Shadow distance to your render distance or less.
Simulation Distance to your render distance or less.

Other things to do:
Turn off resourcepacks.

A few things you can try:

Making sure Input and output are set as your direct capture and playback,
Make sure the mod is actually turned on,
Make sure it is set to proximity/off and not party,
See if it doesn't work on all servers,
Change the amplifier to get the correct sound volume,

Bare inmind feature voice chat doesn't work on servers that allow cracked,
And if none of the above worked it will most likely be a hardware issue. I know apps in the past that change your microphone or headphones, like voicemod can affect it

yeah, you just get like a texture pack template, delete the folder inside "assets" named "minecraft", make a folder named "feather" and then make 2 other folders named "textures" and "gui" and you put the "gui" folder inside the "textures" folder and the "textures folder inside the "feather" folder and after that you go to ./assets/feather/textures/gui/ and you make a 1px transparent .png file or a 1px (with whatever color it can have) .png file and you rename that .png to "feather_logo" or "feather_logo.png" (with the file extension shown).
and then you open pack.mcmeta (which should be on the directory the "assets" folder is on) with a text editor, and set the pack format to 1, either zip 2-3 files(assets folder, pack.mcmeta and the pack.png if it's or if you want it to be included) or just drag the directory which the 2-3 files are inside of to the resourcepacks folder.
