no in the feathers gui scale mod there is a slider. I want teh gui scale somewhere between 2-2.5 or 2.4 which is betwen teh vanilla gui scale normal and large. From 2 to 2.4 no matter what number between those to the gui scale in going to be normal but from 2.5 and some other number the gui scale is going to be large

Try slowly turning your mods back on, start by turning on half your mods and if it doesn’t work then you slowly remove the mods till it works, then you know which mod is causing it, also if it works when you try adding half the mods then try adding more till you discover the source of the failed launch

I put mods in the mods folder but no mods activate in game , but mods are good in fabric

I think you may need to install the mods literally on the server folder too
