I've never seen any other user with this issue, what is perplexing me is that your fix works everywhere except feather. I suggest you #transcripts if you haven't already, it's possible there is a known fix now, if not you can ask them for the clean install instructions if you want.

Hey everyone, For a little while now Ive been experiencing a big FPS Drop while using Feather Client. I use Sodium, Lithium, Indium and Iris Shaders to boost my FPS and normally boosts it to about 100 - 140 FPS, But its recently dropped to about 70 - 80 and every now and then when I boot up Feather it will sit at 50 - 70 which is really anoying. Does anyone have a possible fix for this? Thanks!

I also have a very terrible PC and with what Sodium claims I should be getting over 150 FPS with Sodium installed which simply has never happened

apparently the issue started on 1.19.4 based on a reddit thread and a github issue.
tho from the github issue there's this: "I talked to a dev from ReplayMod, and they said that OptiFine is too poorly written that it does not allow the mixin from ReplayMod to be applied. They said that it was also not worth their time or effort trying to fix it", which i'm not sure if it's true or not but optifine is pretty bad on any version above 1.12.2 - and the issue only gets worser on fabric since there's no official fabric support from the full optifine team.

ig but since minecraft is more cpu intensive... you can get pretty far with an n4100, primarily on 1.8(300 fps on normal gameplay, 700 lookin' at the void), on 1.20 it's kinda a roll the dice(like 60ish fps whilst movin' but 100ish while being completely static, tho sometimes 200, sometimes 300 while lookin' at the void) since it can fluctuate(above 200 it's more prominent to happen) but doesn't mean it necessarily has to.

it's pretty much a de-organized(honestly... settings menu looks like a mess) reskin with a few more options.
