i set my allocated ram to 4gb and after about of half an hour to an hour of gameplay it literally doubles the ram usage
and causes my discord and opera to literally crash

Check if its being caused by a Memory leak issue, you can see your game memory usage by having the F3 menu open

i had a bug for a couple of weeks now. Every time when I have played for about 20-30 minutes, my game freezes when I open any menu or change perspective.
it freezes for about 0.5 seconds and it caused me losing a lot lately, and its also really annoying.

Could you try allocating somewhere between 2 - 3 to see if the problem persists? Since 2 is usually enough and you could usually go up to 4 but if it's freezing you might need to tone it down
