try to reload client, turn off the mod and turn it back on, or take off ur armor and put it back on in order, or try with a different set of armor
if none of that works, try to right shift to open feather mods and make sure its flipped into the right direction. If all above methods don’t work, click “reset to default” in the settings for that feature.
