I have ran servers before so I can help you.

Basically whatever your computer software is, is how well your server will run, this is also adding in the aspect that you also use this computer so there is not much left for the server to run off of.

The only reasonable fix is to upgrade your current computer, no amount of mods will help fix an hardware based problem.

Ddr5 is fast but if you only have 8gb of It, it isn't very helpful, I would say you should have at least 16 gb on your computer and contribute around 6-7gb at minimum.
