A few days ago, I purchased a Pro Space. However, the Pro Space I bought disappeared after just one day. So I submitted a request using the "Submit a request" option, but no fundamental action was taken. I also sent an inquiry via email, but I still haven’t received any reply, so I’m reaching out here.
The Pro Space is gone, and when I try to access it using the URL they provided, it says it’s not viewable on mobile. On the web version, I can’t access it either—it just keeps loading. I only got to use the Pro version for one day. What solutions are available? Can I have a refund?
