#Issue with Pro space

Hello.

A few days ago, I purchased a Pro Space. However, the Pro Space I bought disappeared after just one day. So I submitted a request using the "Submit a request" option, but no fundamental action was taken. I also sent an inquiry via email, but I still haven’t received any reply, so I’m reaching out here.

The Pro Space is gone, and when I try to access it using the URL they provided, it says it’s not viewable on mobile. On the web version, I can’t access it either—it just keeps loading. I only got to use the Pro version for one day. What solutions are available? Can I have a refund?

The space I bought for pro was literally removed... So, I couldn't find it on SPACE.

March 30th, I was charged and received both an invoice and a receipt for it. I attach the receipt for reference.

I've checked my account and there’s no record of a refund. So that means I'm still being charged, right?

I asked about the refund just to confirm the process, as I assumed the refund would be issued automatically once the Pro Space was deleted.

Given the current situation, I would like to know: am I still able to use the Pro Space that I purchased? What should I do to use pro space I purchased?
