I have a problem with one of my spaces on spatial.io. Basically, I've uploaded photos and videos, but there's one particular video that I can't seem to add. It's 120MB in size, and I'm a Spatial+ member. Even after reducing the video to 22MB, Spatial keeps showing a network error and refuses to add the video. I've tried with other videos, and it works perfectly fine. I even recorded the video with OBS and changed the format from MP4 to MKV, but still no luck. Can you help me fix this?

I'm also having trouble with the same symptoms. . .
@limber birch & @river fable if you can share with me a video that shows you uploading the video & receiving the error, that would be helpful.
In addition, if you can share the video you're trying to upload with me, I can test it out on my end.
If you don't want any of this public, please add me as a friend on Discord and share in a DM.
i sent you the friend request
Hello, same problem...
Accepted! If you're unable to send to me via Discord, upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, or another file sharing service.
@quartz quarry I have the same problem uploading video content and a Spatial+ account, opened ticket with support 2 weeks ago, still not resolved and support tech seems quite despite several emails following up. I have tried to load video content that we have successfully uploaded before and same error network issues. I have reduced size to under 50mb still same error
Hi! I accepted your friend request.
When you get a moment, can you share with me the URL to your space, a video of the issue occurring, and if possible, the video you’re trying to upload.
I apologize support’s been quiet; if you submitted a UnitySDK toolkit ticket, that’s on me! I tend to check tickets in the evenings and my evenings have been busy lately!
I have same problem
I accepted your friend request. Feel free to share with me the URL to your space, a video of the issue occurring (preferably with the web development console open, ask if you aren't sure what this is), and either the video itself or a link to the video so I can download and test for myself.
