I am reaching out to report some technical difficulties I've been experiencing with the Spatial platform. @whole hull @pearl arch @obtuse seal @cyan glade @shell knoll @stoic wolf @wide bobcat could you help me please?
Firstly, I have encountered an issue where the images I upload appear blank, despite compressing them prior to uploading. This problem persists even after several attempts, and I'm unsure of what steps to take to rectify it.
Additionally, I have been unable to create a new space successfully. Upon attempting to do so, the loading screen appears indefinitely, and I am greeted with a constant animation of the character falling. This has prevented me from utilizing the platform effectively for my needs.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving these issues or guiding me through potential solutions. If there are any troubleshooting steps or updates I should be aware of, please do not hesitate to share them with me.
