#Error logging on - Quest 2

Log out of your Spatial account on all devices (smartphones, browser, etc.), then log in again. It worked for Quest 2
Hm. Thanks for the advice, but that could prove challenging. We have 15 people of which I am quite sure that some are not aware of all the units they may have been logged onto. Also; I was not logged in on my browser when I tested on my headset - and we have users that have left the team long ago that it would be almost impossible to get to do this as they may not even have the devices in question any more.
I second this, just opened a bug request on this forum having missed this. Even with a brand new account I have had this issue. Had it on multiple headsets, accounts, meta accounts and internet providers.
Oh whoops. I should read better. My issue is slightly different, ours is we have trouble after being absent in a headset for a few minutes we cant get back in to a world. Sorry
