Well, if it is being out of range and then moving into it, I don’t think there’s a way for the game to know if you’ll move in range or not. If it’s some other issue where it’s just not showing then hopefully that gets fixed, but I haven’t personally seen it myself

Happens to me all the time. It's confusing because it takes a moment to figure out whether I have successfully grappled or not.
