I couldn't claim the check-in rewards of Bifrost Bridge. When I opened it the first time was already claimed but I didn't touched anything. Game version 1.25.000

At least this one should be easy to compensate since the missing rewards are shown. Unless someone claims that they’ve gotten them, i would assume the bug is affecting everyone.

I’ve submitted a ticket asking what the actual Divisions for Bifrost are, by the way, since the old data we were told is obviously no longer true…

Have you checked to see if the permissions for the game in your device setting allow the game access to your photos?

How would we even prove the bug with an image?

I checked but the option doesn't exist at all 😕 So nothing to turn on, I don't know) And that's both on emulators and phone

I made short video, starting 20sec before start of the day - showing bug. Wanted to add link into bug message and that's it

But screenshot is necessary for some reason, no matter what problem you address

Hi there. I have the same issue with my account and also the account of a friend that I manage for a month.

I can claim all other in-game rewards, but this one is already claimed each time I go to the bifrost.

It's in LDPlayer. In phone it's tappable but nothing inside. Some other games are also like that but not all

Day5 nothing changed. As you said @rough badge we are using this channel to address bugs since you closed the tickets. How much time it will take for you to see this? We will have this issue resolved before the event ends or we will never be able to collect the check-in rewards?

Now with folks claiming twice, the leaderboards will be even farther unfairly skewed (obviously those who already have 300 are safe), considering some folks who did not get the rewards on time, may have been able to finish earlier had they had them, and now folks who claim twice have an extra advantage against the folks who could not claim to start with.

Sadly I was one of those who could not claim, which put me at a disadvantage against those who could claim, as they could do more engraving than I could each day.
