Hey dude, I understand your frustration, but if Player Support has denied your request, there is no other way of recovering your account. I get your point that you may not have tried to cheat or use any third-party software, but there may be some other software interfering with VALORANT, which caused VANGUARD to suspend your account.

It is totally understandable but if it is permanent suspension from RIOT then it would definitely be a serious issues otherwise if it Vanguard error or Vanguard unable to operate properly then it would be a temporary notice.

Also let us know what was running in the background during and have you by any chance downloaded anything suspicious?
